I have been told I may have Celiacs Disease. This means I am allergic to gluten products such as wheat, barley and rye. Unfortunately alot of the food I like have gluten in them, now what do I eat? This should be fun trying to figure out. Breakfast for one thing, no more Raisin Bran. I will have to eat alot more fruit and veggies.
Maybe losing weight could be a side effect!! LOL
